Last night’s dinner: Spinach Salad, Cornbread, and Tomato Basil Bisque atop a bed of Quinoa. Finger licking good. I couldn’t resist.

Back to being rogue now. Miss you.

Can this look any better? I bet it can’t! The Perfection!

Thanks Greta. Appreciate it.

Just for clarification, I totally did not copy your Rogue/X-Men reference! There were no other comments when I submitted mine. But great minds think alike π
Meghan says
Everybody loves a good Rogue.
Meghan says
I couldn’t help myself; it’s a sickness and last night’s dinner was way too pretty not to photograph. I’m sure you understand.
Eating 4 Balance says
I was crossing my fingers, hoping that you’d post today π Short is better than nothing! Lol. Hope you are enjoying being a rogue (Rogue is my favorite character on -Men by the way, so whenever you say “rogue,” I picture Anna Paquin π )
Eating 4 Balance says
Eh. That was supposed to be X-Men… *Slowly backs away from spelling mistake…*

You absolutely cracked me up; I love that comment.
It makes me crazy we can’t edit our own comments. I’m usually typing them so quickly there’s always a typo and then I’m horribly embarassed. Now I will have to slowly back away from them.
I love you were hoping I would do a post today even with my rogue status (you made my day), and Rogue is a pretty bad ass character in X-Men. All those movies are fabulous.
kirsten@FarmFreshFeasts says
Hmm, I picture Sarah Palin when I think of someone going rogue . . .
Are you sure you want to persist with this?
Meghan says
No! Take it back!

Meghan, Meghan…I’ve been a way with computer issues, but I’m back now. This looks like close to a perfect meal to me!
Meghan says
Hey welcome back Fran. I hope you had a great trip. Nice to see you again.
MassachusEATS says
Love tomato soup! Never thought of putting it on quinoa – that sounds great! Come back soooooon π
Meghan says
Me neither. I got the recipe from another blog which I will share next week when I am back full time, and the quinoa was part of it. It was a great addition.
Laura @ Sprint 2 the Table says
Glad you popped up! I want to dive into that bowl.
Meghan says
Thanks Laura. I totally dove into both bowls.

You mean licking your fingers isn’t appropriate? What about licking the plate…
Meghan says
Hey nobody said it wasn’t appropriate. Hell far be it from to determine what is or isn’t appropriate. We’d be in a whole lot of trouble if that was the case. π
Sunnie@ModernGirlNutrition says
That. soup.
That’s all I have to say π
Meghan says
Thanks Sunnie. It was delicious.
Shut Up & Cook | The Attainable Gourmet says
Looks delicious! And now I’m officially craving tomato soup!

Tomato soup is such good comfort food for cold days.
