Week in Review: More To Come Later (#131)

May 7, 2018 by Meghan 11 Comments

Get you pads and pens ready because it’s time for the Week In Review.

The Week In Review is a list, in its purest form, not of the things you still need to do, but of all the things you have done in the last seven days. It’s an achievement list, an ode to yourself, a celebration of sorts, and a virtual pat on the back or smack on the ass. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

Need more details? Head here.

♫ You can do it, put your list into it. ♫

Last week was all about the ladies, and as much as I’d like to get into the minutia, I arrived home from my girls trip to Atlanta yesterday hungover, with a new tattoo, and my Swiss bestie in tow. I promise to post a much more enthralling update in the nearish future. In the meantime, I want to hear all about your week.

It’s your turn. I’d love to hear from you. Link up and get yo’ list on.

Can’t wait to hear all about your fun and dalliances. Hopefully most of your pin money wasn’t spent on bail!

What have I been up to? Oh my goodness! We gotten ourselves a puppy since our oldest grandchild is 20, the youngest 12, and seems as if everyone has close up shop! While we have adopted an adolescent (18 months) rescue before, we have never started from scratch. Not much sleep or relaxing happening around here. Not to mention lots of puddles and worse and my hands are full of nips and scratches from some overly zealous, hyper play. Can puppies have ADHD we wonder…… it is a boxer baby named Walter.

That was definitely a tease of an intro! On the weekend I spent some time in the backyard doing some pre-gardening, aka hacking down and pulling up things that are getting out of control. How such a tiny backyard can resemble a forest so quickly is beyond me.

I’m pretty sure I’ll never get full control of my backyard. It’s a never ending job.
