Short and Sweet

July 6, 2012 by Meghan Leave a Comment

Hi Gang; I’m afraid I’m going to have to keep this post short and sweet today. I’ve got a busy weekend coming up and lots of stuff on my to do lists (yes, I have multiple lists). So much in fact, I’ve got to get an early jump on it if I’m going to accomplish anything. Think cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing (yuck!), cooking, baking, snack making, picture hanging, yard work and then throw in two parties and a softball game. Obviously, something is going to end up getting bumped, but the sooner I get my butt in gear, the more likely I am to accomplish some of this stuff.

Plus, I’m sure your sick of me going on and on about fruit and the science of carbs by now, so to lighten things up, I’m going to share some funny things I found on Pinterest. Keep in mind, I have a weird sense of humor; I blame my parents.

If I’m lucky, I’ll be sharing some recipes next week for gazpacho (perfect in this heat wave), maybe even some apple cookies, or a new energy bar. Hopefully, I’ll get some time to make at least one of these fine concoctions.
