I am a firm believer in the power of the Quickie.
Don’t get me wrong; long drawn out affairs can be fun too, but sometimes you’re in a rush or you’re feeling particularly lazy. Sometimes you only have five minutes to spare, yet don’t want to skip the action altogether, and sometimes it’s as simple as not wanting to mess up your hair.
On those days, the Quickie is a valuable tool in your arsenal. On those days, the Quickie is your friend; one of your very best friends in fact.

Easy access is key for days when you want to get in and get out.
HIIT workouts ain’t got nothing on the Quickie. In fact, it might just be the original HIIT and you gotta love a classic.
