Week in Review: The Halloween Edition (#157)

November 5, 2018 by Meghan 14 Comments

Get your pads and pens ready because it’s time for the Week In Review.

The Week In Review is a list, in its purest form, not of the things you still need to do, but of all the things you have done in the last seven days. It’s an achievement list, an ode to yourself, a celebration of sorts, and a virtual pat on the back or smack on the ass. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

Need more details? Head here.

♫ You can do it, put your list into it. ♫

Er…um…well, you see…

I don’t have a week in review for you today. Lots of things happened last week, but it’s Sunday night at 7:15 p.m. and I still need to put the tiny human to bed, so I’m skipping the whole writing thing. You understand.

Instead, here’s Ave in all her Halloween glory.

Now it’s your turn. I’d love to hear from you. Link up and get yo’ list on.

Take care of yourself mama! I hope you get some rest this week. Ave is super adorable. We had so much fun trick-or-treating with Squish this year. She did all the walking and the (sometimes huge) steps herself. When we knocked on each door I would ask her what to say and sometimes she would say “trick or treat!” Other times when someone would come to the door she would say “thank you!!!” before they gave her anything, or sometimes just a very enthusiastic “Halloweeeeen!!!!”. I loved it.

Ha! I’ve been skipping the whole writing thing for months. At least as it relates to food. Oy.

    Hope you’re surviving. Mwah!

With the granola business right now, the blog keeps falling to the wayside. Oops.

Sleep rules. I’m feeling shattered after coming back from Thailand so this weeks ‘week in review’ will have to pass for a recap post tomorrow instead. Airplane travel and brain working just don’t mix… Instead I will be doing a crap tonne of laundry… Oh what fun!

Airplane travel and pretty much anything of mental substance doesn’t work. Welcome home. I can’t wait to hear all about your trip. When you’re ready to share of course.
